Your beef quarter includes:
- 75 lbs of ground beef
- 53 lbs of ribeye steak, T-bone, porterhouse, sirloin round, and several other steaks
- 58 lbs of roast
- 11 lbs of short ribs
- 5 lbs of stew meat
- 32 lbs of soup bones and miscellaneous cuts
If you would like to get special cuts made, please contact us and we will send you a cut sheet so you can order what you want. If you would like the organ meat, please request them and we can add it for free!
