Ordering bulk beef should be simple. Generally we have bulk beef in our freezer and ready for you to pickup within a day or two of ordering. No need to go through the hassle of filling out complicated cut sheets. 

Pre-order a quarter (approximately 90 pounds- Fills two 14 inch cube boxes) of healthy, nutritious grass-finished beef and reserve yours today. Your beef quarter includes:

• 40 lbs of ground beef
• 14.7 lbs of Ribeye Steak, New York Strip, Filet Mignon, sirloin, and several other steaks
• 21.5 lbs of Chuck roast, Arm roast, Sirloin Tip roast, and Rump roast.
• 2 lbs of Stew meat
• 5 lbs of Brisket
• 6 lbs of short ribs

A 1/4 beef will take about 3 1/2 cubic feet of space in your freezer

If you would like to get special cuts made, please contact us and we will send you a cut sheet so you can order what you want. If you would like the organ meat, please request them and we can add it for free!
