The cross-cut shank, sometimes referred to as a personal roast, is about 1 pound per roast. These small roasts are perfect for just two people and are packed with delicious flavor. The broth from cooking these roasts is exceptionally flavorful because of the marrow bone in each roast. Each package contains two individual roasts.
