Our Lard is a traditional, nutrient-dense cooking fat. Unlike many industrial seed oils, it is minimally processed and free from chemical solvents. Rich in fat-soluble vitamins (like A, D, E, and K2) and naturally stable at high heat, lard is ideal for roasting, frying, and sautéing without breaking down or oxidizing. Our fat is rendered low & slow, allowing the sediment to clarify out of the fats.
