This mouth watering recipe combining baked potatoes with ground beef, broccoli, and cheese sauce will leave your family asking for seconds.

Ingredients
- (1 pound) Ground Beef
- (4-6) Potatoes
- (1 pint) Chunky Salsa
- (15 1/2 ounce can) Canned Chili Beans
- (1/2 Tbsp.) Brown Sugar
- (1 tsp.) Chili Powder
- (1/2 tsp.) Salt
- (1/4 tsp.) Garlic Salt
- (1/4 tsp.) Pepper
- (1 large head) Broccoli
- (1/4 cup) Butter
- (1/4 cup) Flour
- (2 cups) Milk
- (8 ounce) Cheddar Cheese
Directions
- Coat 4-6 medium sized potatoes in olive oil, wrap in tinfoil, and bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour or until fork tender.
- In a frying pan brown ground beef and add Chunky Salsa, Canned Chili Beans - undrained, Brown Sugar-optional, Chili Powder, Salt, Garlic Salt, and Pepper. Bring to a boil, once boiling reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
- Cut broccoli into bite size pieces and boil or steam until tender.
- Cheese Sauce. In a saucepan melt the butter over medium heat, once melted begin adding and mixing in a small amount of flour at a time with a whisk. Continue cooking over medium heat until it begins to simmer then reduce heat to low and begin adding small amounts of cheese while stirring until completely melted. Serve cheese sauce hot.
- Top your baked potatoes with ground beef sauce, broccoli, and melted cheese.
