Deluxe Cheeseburger Soup
This is one of my favorite soups. My husband loves it with crackers, I love it with a good breadstick.

Ingredients

  • (1/2 Pound) Ground Pork
  • (1/2 Pound) Ground Beef
  • (3-4 Slices) Bacon
  • (5) Red Medium Potatoes
  • (1/2 Cup) Chopped Carrots
  • (2) Celery Stalks
  • (1/2) Onion
  • (4 tbsp.) Butter
  • (1 tsp.) Dried Basil
  • (1/2 tsp.) Parsley Flakes
  • (2 tsp.) Seasoned Salt
  • (1 tbsp.) Flour
  • (3 cups) Original Chicken Broth
  • (1 cup) Heavy Cream
  • (1 cup) Milk
  • (1/2 lb) Velveeta
  • (1/2 lb) Ground Pork
  • (1/2 lb) Ground Beef
  • (3-4 slices) Bacon
  • (5) Red Medium Sized Potatoes
  • (1/2 cup) Chopped Carrots
  • (2) Celery Stalks
  • (1/2) Onion
  • (4 tbsp.) Butter
  • (1 tsp.) Dried Basil
  • (1/2 tsp.) Parsley Flakes
  • (2 tsp.) Seasoned Salt
  • (1 tbsp.) Flour
  • (3 cups) Original Chicken Broth
  • (1 cup) Milk
  • (1 cup) Heavy Cream
  • (1/2 lb) Velveeta

Directions

Fry up all your meats. While they are frying chop your potatoes, carrots, celery, onions. In a large soup pot get sauté your carrots, celery, and onions in the butter. 

When the onions are transparent add the basil, parsley, seasoned salt, and flour. 

Give all that a good toss and poor in your broth and potatoes.

Cook on medium heat till you potatoes are soft. Turn the heat to low and add your 3 meats, heavy cream and milk.

Let that simmer till it’s warm again and add in your velveeta. Once your velvet is all melted your soup is ready to serve.
