Spaghetti & Meatballs

Ingredients
- (1) Ground Beef
 - (1/4 Cup) Bread Crumbs
 - (1) Egg
 - (1/4 Cup) Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese
 - (1 Tablespoon) Italian Seasoning
 - (1/2 Pound) Spaghetti Noodles
 - (3 cups) Spaghetti Sauce
 - (1/4 Cup) Brown Sugar
 
Directions
- Start by boiling your pasta.
 - While that cooks mix together your bread, egg, milk, cheese, and seasoning. Add you ground beef and mix well.
 - Shape your meat into small meatballs. ( tip- I like to use a cookie scoop to portion n shape my meatballs )
 - Start a frying pan on medium heat with bit of oil in the pan. Add all your shaped meatballs into your heated pan. Fry for about 7-8 minutes and then flip them all. Fry on the other side till they are browned and cooked thru (165 degrees).
 - Turn to low and add one cup of your spaghetti sauce and the brown sugar. Give it all a toss and let simmer.
 -  Drain your pasta. Put back in your kettle, add the remaining 2 cups if spaghetti sauce and toss. Plate your pasta and top with meatballs.
 - Enjoy!
